Overview
- We offer exchange or replacement only. Refunds are not available.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Be in original condition and packaging
- Have all tags, accessories, and invoice intact
- Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange or return:
- Personal care, hygiene, or intimate products
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
- Gift cards, coupons, or vouchers
- Downloadable / digital products
- Customized, made-to-order, or special request items

(Mention Order ID & reason for exchange) - Once approved, we will share the return address and instructions.
- Ship the product back to us in secure packaging.
- After inspection and approval, the replacement product will be dispatched.
Shipping for Returns & Exchanges
- Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
- Replacement shipping (dispatch from our side) is FREE.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable courier service.
Damaged or Wrong Product Received
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos/videos of the issue
In such cases, DellySale will bear 100% of return & replacement shipping costs.
Order Cancellation & Modifications
- Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
Important Notes
- COD convenience fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
