We usually ship within 1–2 working days. Delivery takes 2–7 days for metro and tier-1 cities, and up to 10 days for tier-2 or remote areas in India.
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase. Wrong or damaged items are eligible for exchange/refund. Please contact us at dellsaleindia@gmail.com or call +91-8168489027 for return authorization.
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can update your address by contacting our support team at dellsaleindia@gmail.com or +91-8168489027. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can use it to track your order on the courier partner’s website.

If the order is not yet shipped, please contact us immediately for corrections. If it has already been dispatched, unfortunately, we cannot change the address. In such cases, the package may return to us, and we’ll reship it after reconfirmation.
Currently, Dellysale.com only ships within India. We do not offer international shipping.
Most orders are shipped in a single package. However, if you order multiple items from different warehouses, they may arrive in separate parcels.
