Orders and Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India.

๐ You can update your shipping address by:
Logging into your My Account page โ Addresses โ Edit.
Or during checkout, you can enter a new shipping address before completing your order.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once shipped, changes or cancellations are not possible.
๐ Once your order is shipped, youโll receive an email & SMS with a tracking link. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into My Account โ Orders.
๐ No. For your safety, we do not store credit card details on our servers. All payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways (like Razorpay, upi, etc.).
๐ Prices shown on our website are inclusive of all taxes (GST). You wonโt face any hidden charges at checkout.
๐ NO, we are currently shipping to INDIA only.
๐ Whenever possible, we ship all items in a single package. However, if some products are stored at different warehouses, they may arrive in separate packages (at no extra shipping cost to you).

๐ We offer exchange or replacement only. Refunds are not applicable, except in cases where the product is received damaged or incorrect.
๐ If you received the wrong item, please contact our support team within 48 Hoursย of delivery. Weโll arrange a free replacement or return pickup at no extra cost.
๐ If your order arrived damaged, please take a photo of the damaged product and packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Weโll arrange a replacement or full refund as per your preference.
๐ Once your return request is approved, weโll provide you with the nearest return address and detailed instructions. Please do not send items back without authorization, as they may not be processed.
